Pool Service Notice 7/18/25

At the beginning of July, the pool vendor for the CDD announced they would no longer be servicing any of our pools as they would be terminating our contract immediately and going out of business.

The unexpected departure of our pool vendor has presented a significant challenge, yet it has also catalyzed a proactive response from our dedicated staff. They are currently engaged in the process of carefully reviewing proposals to ensure we find the best long-term solution for our community. We are fully aware of the complexities involved given the diverse range of pools requiring service. During this interim phase, we are fortunate to have a local pool company step in, providing their services on a month-to-month basis, allowing us to maintain essential services and uphold the strong community spirit we have. The Community Development District (CDD) is steadfast in its commitment to resolving this matter swiftly, ensuring that our pool services continue to uphold the high standards our residents rightfully expect and deserve.

Please note, some pools may be temporarily closed for deep cleaning and maintenance. We've received an abundance of proposals for critical equipment repairs, and our dedicated team is working tirelessly to ensure that all work meets our expectations of quality.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition. Our the goal is to reopen all pools as soon as possible as we are committed to ensure everything is in working order for your enjoyment and safety. For the latest updates, please visit the CDD website.
