The Ternwood Bridge remains closed due to damage sustained when a tree fell on the structure during a recent storm. Following an inspection by the District Engineer, the Board of Supervisors approved proposals to complete the necessary repairs at the August 26, 2026, meeting.

Repairs are expected to start on September 7, 2026, and be completed by October 1, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for residents who rely on this bridge and appreciate your patience as the work moves forward.
