Beginning July 22, 2024, NNP-Lake Hutto, LLC, the Developer’s entity, has contracted a firm, Wildlands Conservation for prescribed maintenance per Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission in the Wildlife Habitat Preserve. This work is anticipated to take several months and includes reestablishing a firebreak around the perimeter, mechanical plant removal and herbicide spraying. All work being performed will be within the boundary of the site and should have no impact on the adjacent residential areas.
