Per the CDD’s legal counsel effective immediately all players participating in organized league play (both home team and visiting team players) are required to sign a General Release and Waiver Liability form prior to your next scheduled court time.  We are asking each Team Captain to secure a copy of the signed form for each of their team members which we must have as quickly as possible to avoid any interruption to currently scheduled play.
