In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian and Tropical Storm Nicole, the Fishhawk Ranch CDD staff continues to complete all necessary repairs in the community. While we work through this process, please use caution when using the CDD’s trails, sidewalks, bridges, and other facilities or common areas, as damage or debris may be present. If you encounter damage on CDD property, please do not attempt to remove it or repair it yourself. Instead, contact CDD staff at (813) 657-6629 and we will take appropriate action.

The Dorman Road bridge repairs have been completed and it is open!  They will start repairing the Ternwood bridge in the next few weeks and then Hawk Park bridge, both projects together will take 4-6 weeks to complete.

Per the update provided at the meeting on 2/22/23 we only have repairs left to make for the entry fountain at Fishhawk Crossing and the Park Square splash pad. Per the vendor the repairs for Fishhawk Crossing will be made in the next few weeks but the pump for Park Sqaure is still on back order with no estimated date as of yet. The Board also approved resurfacing the slash pad so we are trying to arrange for that to be done while it is still offline.

The Board approved a vendor to make various roof repairs to various CDD facilities at the meeting on 1/25/23. That vendor was unable to do this in a timely manner so at the 2/22/23 meeitng they approved a new vendor. We expect them to start in the 1-2 weeks.
